About Meg
Meg Knauth is the creator of the Perfect Day Framework, a proven life-design methodology she developed and refined throughout an exceptional 28-year corporate career. A multiple award-winner, Meg climbed the ranks of a Fortune 500 company to retire as senior vice president of technology in 2025 — not because she had to, but because she had designed a future even more compelling than her corner office.
Now a devoted entrepreneur and author, Meg channels the same strategic thinking and people-first leadership that defined her corporate success into helping others discover and live their own perfect day. Her approach is grounded in a foundational belief: that success and happiness are not one-size-fits-all. As a human being, you are unique — and your definition of a perfect life should be, too.
The Perfect Day Framework was born from real-life experience: coaching teams, mentoring emerging leaders, and ultimately witnessing the tragic cost of people losing their sense of direction and purpose. Meg wrote this book because she believes the tools she used to thrive should not remain private — they are a resource the world needs.
Meg holds an MBA from the University of Kansas and a Bachelor of Science from Iowa State University. She believes in abundance — that no one must lose for others to win — and she carries this philosophy into everything she creates.
She spends her perfect days with her husband, Gus, building their legacy plan, traveling, and enjoying watersports at the Lake of the Ozarks. They have two adult sons.
